Denise Conway

Denise Conway was appointed to the Noongar Mia Mia Board of Directors in 2020.

Experience

A proud Balladong woman from the Noongar Nation of WA. Grew up on the Beverley Native Reserve, then moved to Perth when she was 13 years of age. Denise has worked with Aboriginal people statewide across government, private, education and housing sectors for the past 40 years.

Denise is currently the Manager of the Aboriginal Home Ownership Scheme with Keystart Home Loans. Denise’s currently role is to promote home ownership to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, communities, organisations and employers within Western Australia.

She provides advice on all aspects of the Aboriginal Home Loans portfolio. Ensures that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People’s specific needs for home ownership are being met by Keystart’s Aboriginal Home Ownership Scheme.

Denise brings a wealth of experience to NMM from home lending in the financial services industry, not-for-profit organisations, career development, coaching, government, and program evaluation.
