Are you an existing tenant of NMM?
Kaya! If you have a tenancy with Noongar Mia Mia, and you have something to tell us, or if you want to have a yarn about your situation or your property, please contact your Boola Moort Tenancy Support Worker directly.
You will find their Mobile Number on the NMM Tenancy Welcome Pack you received.
Your Support Worker can help with tenancy advice, support or advocacy. They are available during business hours (9am - 5pm).
After hours maintenance requests:
If you have a maintenance issue outside of business hours (9am-5pm) please call the Noongar Mia Mia office (9271 8711). You will be redirected to our after hours maintenance service who will talk with you and organise repairs if the issue is urgent.
